Fixed some UI problems.

“Hide icon” switched to permanent, relaunch app to show icon again, global shortcuts key for this removed for less intrusive.

Right button pan momentum added.

Pan enable options added to app exceptions for better game compatibility.

The physical horizontal scroll got smoothed.

Button-bound action logic improved, and some bugs were fixed.

-Note: All settings of previous versions will be erased due to incompatible config data structure, and the setting save/load won’t work in this situation, it can only work on the same versions. So take note and manually reconfigure after the upgrade, sorry for the inconvenience.
